Welcome to our cleaning services website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
We provide commercial and residential cleaning services, including move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning. Services are delivered based on agreed scope and results, not by the hour.
2. Estimates & Scheduling
Estimates may require an on-site visit to accurately assess the space. Scheduling is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments
Accepted payment methods include check, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment terms are agreed upon prior to service.
4. Access to Property & Keys
Clients may provide keys, access codes, or entry instructions. All access information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely to perform the agreed services.
5. Insurance, Liability & Massachusetts Consumer Rights
We are fully insured and operate in compliance with Massachusetts laws and regulations.
Any claim related to accidental damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Massachusetts consumer protection laws, including M.G.L. Chapter 93A.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
7. Service Satisfaction
Our commitment is to deliver services as agreed. If any concern arises, please contact us promptly so we may review and address the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by faulty materials or installations.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
